Catering: True Chesapeake Oyster includes Beer, Wine & Fran’s Favorite Punch
Tickets: $125 per person by Sept 6. Tickets not sold at the door.

Join us to celebrate Fran’s impact and legacy. Over more than five decades, Fran has demonstrated an outstanding dedication to the restoration, protection and enhancement of the Chesapeake Bay and its tributaries. She has worked with people from all walks of life to find shared solutions to complex issues.
A Community-Led Strategic Plan
The Jones Falls Watershed stretches from the Inner Harbor of Baltimore City to the suburban communities of Baltimore County, linking landmark green spaces.
Funded by the National Fish & Wildlife Foundation, the Jones Falls Watershed Strategic Plan will give that geography a shared roadmap — setting a vision for the future, identifying clear actions with assigned responsibilities and timelines, and building collaboration across the many neighborhoods.
